What acepilot.app stores about you, who processes it, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 28 September 2026.

What we store

• Waitlist. If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date and the page you signed up from.
• AcePilot Pro. Payment runs on Stripe’s own checkout page, so we never see your card number. After a purchase we store your email address, your license key, your plan and the Stripe customer and subscription IDs, so your license works and you can manage or cancel the subscription.
• Dashboard login. Signing in with your email and license key sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out deletes it.
• After checkout. The confirmation page records whether the upgrade flow finished. Those records are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Analytics

• Plausible counts page views without cookies.
• Google Analytics counts visits and where they came from.
• Microsoft Clarity records clicks and scrolling so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity does not load at all for visitors whose device is set to a time zone in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data above. Stripe handles payments. Plausible, Google and Microsoft run the analytics. We do not sell your data and we show no ads.

Deleting your data

Email hello@acepilot.app and we will delete your waitlist entry or license record. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
